Hi!, I am Manju James. Thoughts on Edibility reflects my, thoughts and experiments with food, mostly real and vegetarian.

Till 10th standard, I never cared what I eat and how much I eat. I just wanted food appealing to my eyes and tasty for my tongue, wherever it comes from, whatever chemicals used during the production and processing stages didn’t bothered me.  But then my body started reacting in the form of acidity, which I overcame with regular conscious intake of water and the right quantity of food. This was as my first experiment with food as medicine.


I am an engineer by education; personally fond of cooking and tasting real food.  My home town is Idukki, Kerala, God’s own country. I live with my husband and daughter.

Real food as much as possible in right quantity, is  the Thoughts on Edibility motto. Real life situations taught me this.
